Moral Limbo

It is centered around two gods; The god of the sun, sky, light, and consciousness Sunni, and the other half of his soul: Nebulae the god of the stars, night, and unconsciousness. They carry a hefty responsibility and crucial role to play to ensure the stability of the mortal plane. Except, Sunni isn't known for being someone with a single "responsible" bone in his body.
The Ten Spirits of Kyoto
A Japanese style graphic novel series following; Miyamura Seigi, the head of the intelligence company of the Japanese government. He is top of his class and well more efficient than his fellow colleagues. He however refuses to take any job whatsoever pertaining to the Yakuza. The director of public safety is quite frustrated at this development as Seigi is the only one with promising enough skill to infiltrate and reign in the criminal syndicate once and for all. So the director dispatches Gin, a high ranking officer in the foreign affairs department to work alongside Seigi as his partner. Gin is instructed to use his suave charisma known for being incredibly effective in diplomatic settings to convince Seigi to work with a secret coalition to take control over the Yakuza.

Which mainly entails an overgrown hellscape of a forest. During their survival, well kept and buried secrets creep into the present putting more strain on the already weary couple.
